CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
MINI & JUNIOR PRE-COMPETITIVE
Is your dancer interested in pursuing dance at a competitive level? Our Mini & Junior Pre-Competitive class is designed to teach dancers the basic skills they will need to know before our Fall auditions!
(1-2 years dance experience recommended)
COMPETITIVE ACRO
Our competitive acro class is geared toward pre-competitive and competitive level dancers who are interested in developing their tumbling and acrobatic skills!
Required: bridge backbend
COMPETITIVE BALLET
Competitive ballet offers training in conditioning with a focus on proper technique and alignment. Our ballet classes use a structure of barre, across the floor and center floor combinations in addition to Progressing Ballet Techniques
COMPETITIVE TECHNIQUE
Our competitive technique class will focus on the fundamental skills of dance technique and flexibility. This class will focus on safe and proper methods of stretching, centre floor and across the floor.
